    \item The new protocolized minutes have been finished.
    \item The curbs and power poles will be painted white by Ed and
      Guillermo for less than \$4500 pesos.  Only curbs interior to

    \item Tim advanced Carlos \$5000 pesos in anticipation of having
      the authorization for providing services to the frac signed by

      process.  We need to pay the CNA \$3000 to retrieve the original
      documents, and we discovered that accountant never paid the
      \$1400 application fee.  Henry moved and Lori seconded that we
      allocate up to \$5000 pesos to see if we can restart the CNA

    \item The wall built along Villa Alta last year stopped a rock
      slide from causing damage, but now the space behind the wall has

      keys.  Jose Panojas will install them.
