I have two (What a surprise!)
Graffiti in any form and the attitude that it is children expressing themselves It is vandalism. Period. And no one here takes it seriously enough to do anything about it. AND it is not a Mexican cultural thing. It is copied from the lowest forms of US society.
The horns. Just because it is there, you are not required to use it every half hour. Have you ever noticed that if you are behind a bus, and the bus stops to pick up passengers, the fifth guy back starts blasting his horn? What are they supposed to do? Say Sorry, I cant pick you up, there is a guy behind me who is in a hurry to get to the next block!
Electricity
You can lose some very expensive electronics because of ElectricalProblems here
