How to Make a new Agenda

There are several ways to use this page. Probably the easiest is to just click on the edit button near the top of the page. It looks like this: You can then just edit the page in place, and make whatever changes you need to make for the next board and/or general meeting. Don't hesitate to make frequent use of the PREVIEW button, and when you are happy with what you see, click the SAVE button.

The day of the meeting, after everyone has had a chance to add to or subtract from the agenda, you can print it out yourself and take it to the meeting. Just click on the little printer icon, which looks like this: and then send the resulting page (which will have all of the fluff removed) to your printer.

Remember you can always consult KwikiFormatting page for a quick reference to the various formatting tools available. Also, don't be afraid that you will mess something up! Every revision that you save is kept forever, so even if you accidently (or on purpose) erase the whole file, clicking on the revision icon, which looks like this: will take you back to the previous revision.

I think once you get used to using this system for creating agendas, you'll never want to go back to Microsoft Word and emails, as this way allows all board members to collaborate very easily together.
