Animal Cookies

HenryLaxen May 3, 2006

How about taking a page from the Girl Scouts in the USA. Lets have Panama do the baking, and an ADLA volunteer to co-ordinate the distribution and collection effort.

  1. Go to a few schools in various neighborhoods and recruit little boys and girls to go door to door in their neighborhoods selling animal cookies for 50 pesos
  2. All participants are given a little dog or cat medallion for their work
  3. Along with cookies, they hand out a flyer talking about ADLA and some pointer on pet care
  4. They could sell a few coloring books too!
  5. Any Volunteers

(Gloria Coranado is going to be having a meeting with the Boy Scouts who had asked her how they could help with Amigos. We will be meeting with them to discuss handing out flyers etec.)
