- Election of Officers
- President -Sally Ross moved by Nadine, 2nd by Sonia approved
- Vice President- Jo Ann Scott moved by Carla, 2nd by Cindi. approved
- Treasurer-Cindi Van Buskirk moved by Valerie, 2nd by Susan. approved
- Secretary-Valerie Moreau/Luisa Wiebe moved by Eb , 2nd by Tom. approved
- New Business
- A request for e-mail addresses to be available for the next General Meeting of all Board Members and general membership.
- 3400 NP to be spent to update the sewer and adoption area. Carla moved 2nd Cindi. approved
- An emergency committee meeting to be held regarding solving the problem when new puppies are being brought into the shelter. The committee to consist of Nadine, Cindi and Tom. The committee will consult with 3 vets, get costs, etc to resolve any future puppies having to be put down.
- An appreciation Certificate/Plaque to be given to Wilson and Mary Ellen Godfrey.
- A letter from Henry and Nadine with ideas for future fundraising events for the upcoming year.
- Announcements
- Bingo dates are March 13th, April 10th and April 24th.
