- Tile on stairs looks first class Carla picked out tile her tile man is great! The very top of the stairs as of last night was not completed.
- Over all the shelter has been completely painted. I was asked to have the hall in the surgery area painted with beige acrylic so that when dogs walk by that are dirty the walls can be cleaned easily. This has been done and it looks good.
- All of the dog kennels had rust on then so they were painted with oil based paint.
- There are still some rust spot around the shelter so I am having those spots touched up now that we have more time with the shelter opening being on May 15th.
- Two cleaning crews were hired twice to come in and disinfect and throw away trash from the shelter.
- The plumber was called in to fix a short in the pump that was costing us an expensive electric bill. Due to the short the pump would go on and off several times a minute. The plumber also replaced all the fixtures in the down stairs sink,up stairs sinks and shower in the apartment. He also moved the washing machine in the down stairs bathroom so there is more room for grooming animals.
- All of the utilities have been paid and are now up to date. 0 Truck has a sound engine and newly painted body. Next week the new logo will go on it. Rafael will give an his opinion on if we need to buy a cab for the truck? Old cab is not use able due to termites.
- We have receive 50 kilos of dog food for the shelter in donations.
- We have 350 kilos of cat litter for the shelter.
- The up stairs apartment is ready for Dr Juan Lopez to move into to completely painted and cleaned.
