We had a very positive experience with Evelyne and her husband Rob. They were very generous with their time and their expertise, driving us around to places, visiting some places more than once, inviting us into their home, answering emails consistently and promptly, and offering as much info as they could get ahold of. They walk you through the entire process of purchasing property in Mexico, which is very different from purchasing in the US. These two are real professionals.

We were delighted to work with Evelyne and Rob Lillie while searching for a home in Mazatlan. From our first contact by e-mail, Evelyne called us here in Ca. promptly, and basically "held our hands" through the entire search and purchase process from start to finish. What a wonderful experience it has been to be able to work with someone who inspires such trust (and delivers on it too) when purchasing property in a foreign country!
