Terry and Sharon's Marina Mansion

The front of the house, looks like a southern mansion, doesn't it? Step inside and be amazed. Just completed in 1998, it still smells new. This house is first class all the way, with three bedrooms and three and half bathrooms. If you drive down, there is also a two car garage. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a great walk in closet. The bathroom is large and spacious, with large shower. There are also two good sized bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private bathroom. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds which can be moved together if desired. There is another half bath near the entry for guests.

The house is on the ninth fairway of the newly completed Lee Trevino Marina 9. A golf membership comes with the house, so golf privilidges are extended to all of the guests. The house has central air conditioning and there are ceiling fans in every room. There is a private pool right outside the golf course bedroom. You can walk out and enjoy the covered patio and watch the golfers tee off. The yard is completely landscaped with numerous flowers and other plants. A large additional lot next door provides extra privacy. There is also an integrated music system throughout the house.

The kitchen has a blender, coffe pot, toaster oven, and a complete service for eight. There is a large side by side refrigerator with built in water dispenser and icemaker. All the water is purified. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. There is maid service provided three times a week, and a gardener and pool service take care of the rest of the house.

The rate is $150 per night with a one week minimum stay. The monthly rate is $3500. The house is available for 6 adults maximum. Please don't inquire if you have more than 6 people, as we do not wish to rent the house to more than six.

Let's start out with the view you wake up to each morning. These photos were taken from the upstairs balcony, looking west, north, and east.

And here is the front of the house, with its fine architectural style and lush shrubbery.

	Here we are in the back of the house, with Terry and Sharon relaxing in their three seater swing set. The pool you see at the right is just off to the left of the swing set. From here you have an excellent vantage point to watch all the great golfers send their balls into someone's back yard. Don't worry, you're protected by netting!
	Here is an overview of the living room. As you can see it is bright and sunny, and fully furnished with comfy sofas and an interesting art deco screen. The double high ceiling give you a feeling of infinite space.
Now we're on the first floor, looking at the staircase leading up to the master bedroom in the middle, and the modern and spacious kitchen on the right. Note the marble floor with the black trim. Very elegant!

	There are two guest bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private bathroom. One has two twin beds, which can easily be pushed together, and the other has a double bed.
Finally we are back in the master bedroom, with it's king bed, seperate tv, balcony, and large master bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in closet.
